I have a hardwood deck out the back that has been neglected and needs some of the boards replaced, and the rest sanded and re-oiled. I also would like the integrated bench/storage rebuilt to make it slightly larger and with flip up lids/doors rather than the current doors that sit underneath the bench (see photos). Appreciate that Chris could not attend the site for the 1st week due to a family illness. He advised that the job would take about a week but it's been about a month now and is still not finished as he rarely attends the site. He asked me to release the funds so that he could pay a sub-contractor to sand the decking. I reluctantly did this but job still not done. I'll have to pay someone else now to complete the job. Really disappointed.
