Deck staining and sealing

Andy was quite knowledgeable in what he was doing, great skills and experience. However the finished product was not quite what I was expecting: There are several boards that have not been fastened and are loose. The last board that needed ripping off doesn't have a clean cut. Top fixing screws have been overtighten and not countersunk.
