Looking for a plumber to install a new laundry setup on my deck, including: - Supply and install new 50mm elevated drainage line for laundry sink waste to discharge into existing drainage pipe at ground level. - Supply and install new Hot/Cold water service supply lines branching from main lines under house to penetrate up through balcony floor and into sink cabinet. - Install sink cabinet, bench top and sink. - Install sink mixer tap. (I have an old sink setup that may be reusable) - Supply and install new dual outlet isolation valves for sink mixer tap and washing machine (x2). - Connect new water service supply and drainage to sink mixer tap and sink waste. - Test new installation. - Clean up and remove rubbish from site. I also need a double power point to run machine, which may be extended from the power point on the other side of the wall. We have a custom-built two-storey kids cubby house built into and under our external staircase – the staircase and structure are built with decking timber, so we need someone genuinely experienced with decking and hardwood, not just flat-pack assembly. Most of the structure is done (framing, cladding, doors, windows, upper deck). We're looking for a creative, professional carpenter who takes pride in quality finishing to complete it and make it safe and special for our daughter. Work needed: - Fix and complete the hardwood balustrade sections on the upper platform (some panels are loose/leaning, one side is open and needs railing built to match existing) - Install/secure the remaining capping rails (pink-painted profile, materials on hand) - Decking work: check, secure and finish the deck/platform boards and stair integration - Finish trims and close remaining gaps - Make everything child-safe (railings, gates, doors, fixings) - Sand and paint touch-ups for a clean finish The budget listed is for this scope, but there's plenty more work here for the right person – we have a list of other carpentry/decking jobs around the property and we're looking for someone reliable we can keep using. Looking for a reliable and hard working person to oil the decks of a large home with front and back WIDE decks. Including the front and rear stair treads and landings. Also they’ll need to be cleaned first. Oil and equipment will be supplied.

Our back deck needs sanding and re oiling and there are 20 plus posts that need also doing.

We have a small outdoor deck that needs sanding so we can varnish. It’s outdoors so surface is tired and needs sanding so we can stain for the summer. We have done most preparations including filling gaps etc. Only the top surface needs sanding, front panels already good. You will need your own sander.

Our pool liner is getting replaced on Monday 15/6 and for them to do this, I need to remove one row of Ekodeck edge board and the timber it's connected to. I've already removed the face plates. Please see you photos and it'll all make sense. I need someone who is familiar with Ekodeck. There are only about 12 panels to remove. I then need the timber and panels put back on one day next week. Very flexible on this day. Happy to pay $60ph for as long as it takes.
