Need a 78m2 Composite deck constructed on concreted area, relatively flat area need 90x45mm timber joist to make even with floor area

Build a small (2x2m) composite deck in my courtyard. I already have the decking boards (eko-deck) and fixings. Builder to supply and install joist and associated fixings for frame. Strong preference for someone who has worked with composite decking in the past. Location is at an Airbnb so forward planning required for job to be complete at a time when there are no guests at the location.

Three timber boards have rotten in one spot. Three boards or large section of each board need to be removed and replaced with new sections ready for painting. Boards are approximately 5408mm in length and 93mm in width. New boards to be supplied and old boards and any rubbish removed need to be part of the quote.

2 jobs both around Hendra Job one : 15 sqm timber deck ( balcony of a house which is over the garage) need complete repair. Bearer need complete replacement not sure about beam. Job two: Outdoor deck which just need replacement of bearer . Around 12 sqm

Pickup of Materials: • Collect pre-paid decking from Bunnings: 140 x 19mm SpecRite Merbau Pre-Oiled Decking - Random Lengths. • Confirm pick-up details with me prior to collection. • Transport decking materials to the house in Bardon. 2. Replacement of Decking Boards: • Replace the rotten decking boards located on the left-hand side of the deck, as indicated in the provided photograph. • Carefully remove the old, rotten boards to avoid damage to the existing deck structure. • Install the new timber decking, ensuring secure fastening and alignment with the existing structure for aesthetic continuity. 3. Disposal of Old Boards: • Remove all old, rotten timber boards from the property. • Dispose of the old boards responsibly at an appropriate facility. Materials Provided: • Decking boards (140 x 19mm SpecRite Merbau Pre-Oiled Decking - Random Lengths). • Decking screws will be supplied. Need floor sander to sand existing deck

Needing 3 deck areas cleaned and stained. Deck 1 is 4x3m, undercover bbq area Deck 2 is pool deck, around 4x10m Deck 3 is upstairs balcony, approx 4x5m

I am wanting to extend my existing timber deck across our back yard. It would be roughly 7m in length x 6m in width. The current deck is raised from the ground so would require stumping.

Timber deck requires repaint. Small area to be sanded to remove dull greyness from weather. Area to be sanded is 6 sqm Area to be painted is 32 sqm Previous paint used was Merbau tinted decking oil. Happy to use the same again. Deck will be washed prior (the day before) so just sanding and painting required. Let me know if you need any additional information. - Due date: Flexible

Timber pool deck requires repair. Requires packing under sagging joists to provide support and screwing back into existing timber beam which is attached to the coping concrete. One small part of decking is rotten and requires replacement (photo attached). The rest of the deck is sound. - Due date: Flexible

Small timber decking area has become unstable underfoot on one half (closest to gate - in picture). Heavy rain from last year may have caused this. Some boards "dip" when walking on, some "flip up". Mostly, that half of the deck feels generally unstable. There are also some boards that need to be screwed down (not nailed) as they tend to bend up when only nailed. Looking for a cost effective solution as selling in near future. Happy for existing boards to be reused as they look ok. I think it's mostly under the deck that needs fixing.
