I'm not the best cook, but mostly I don't have the time to cook all of my food which due to the restrictive nature of the diet requires (sad. face) Here are the key details: When: Flexible start date, ideally within the next two weeks. I need to maintain this diet over a 12 week period so would ideally be ongoing. Where: I'm based in Ascot Vale, happy for meals to be prepped offsite or at my house, whichever works easiest. What: I'm in need of the following: - Fresh meals prepped in advance for an approx. four day period that meet the requirements of my plan. - Minimum 2, up to 3 meals prepped for each day (depending on cost) - Support/collaboration on some recipes that meet my guidelines and aren't as boring as the food I've been making myself. - Support building a shopping list for each prep period in alignment with the recipes. I'll pay for groceries and we can work out a best practice for buying the food and getting it to you, as well as getting the prepped meals to me. :) The diet: It's pretty rough. Focus will be mostly on lean protein & vegetables. I need to remove all gluten, dairy, most starches, onion, garlic, sugar, FODMAPS etc. and need to hit 30-40gms of protein and 500 cals per meal.
