When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

Scope of works: • Inspect the NBN fibre termination box (PCD) • Re-terminate or reconnect a green SC/APC fibre connector • Inspect the fibre cable path • There is a visible tight bend / kink in the fibre cable, which may indicate damage • If the fibre is damaged, remove the damaged section and repair via fusion splice or mechanical fibre splice • Correctly re-route the fibre with appropriate bend radius • Test the fibre after repair to confirm the signal is working correctly ⚠️ This is fibre optic work (not Ethernet / not copper).
