My NBN service used to work OK. Power was turned off for 4 months during renovations. Upon repowering modem only provides mobile service. Telstra said not their problem. I have been dealing with them for 3 days and now they tell me they cannot help. Modem is properly connected. Foxtel is not working.Error messages are "unable to connect" "playback error" "no programme info available" 'enter your PIN" (never had one) " looks like internet has dropped out" It seems to be an internet --wifi issue although the wifi is working fine for our laptop and phones. I have an IQ 5 and this problem has been ongoing off and --now off, for about 6 months or so.
