We are a not-for-profit organisation based in Bentleigh East suburb 1. We have 2 seperate buildings, we need to establish stable internt connectivity, we have a standard Wifi router installed in the building where the telco cable is available. We wanted to extend the data cabling from Bldg 'A' to Bldg 'B' they are 5-7 mtrs apart. 2. We need to get the WiFi router (Ruijie) configured to ensure uninterrupted internt connectivity across the buildings.

We have Plex working but when we are remote it always says that the stream is degraded which means that we do not have incorrectly set up in our router. We have tried all the fixes on the Plex support website but we cannot get it working. We don't know a lot about port forwarding so we would expect you to fill in the gaps here.

A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot my way out of it. The issue doesn’t lie with my provider or the NBN. The secondary issue is that the Mi Home app is in Chinese!
Ray was able to identify my technical issue swiftly and provide an effective solution.
