Got router, my provider has activated it, first time setting router and I am very confused and have been very busy on work that I cant really sit down and spend hours trying to get it working and setting up the router on my computer and why it doesn't even want to connect aka blocked. I have set up nbn and modem and they are working but internet is not

I have a modem and NBN connection from Optus but also have a separate booster set up to extend it to a granny flat organised separately. I've recently purchased a new Wi-Fi booster from Optus and I want help to consolidate/improve and tidy up the set up.

Hi guys I have a synology NAS running Plex and ever since I moved house it is not connecting or dropping connection frequently. I have a static IP address on the Telstra router for the NAS but it’s almost like it refreshes and the connection is lost again. I’ve tried port forwarding but imagine I haven’t got the correct settings configured. Task is to remotely show me how to fix the issue and a guarantee that if it drops out again within the week (which I imagine is unlikely once fixed) that you will help me again. Happy to do the task remotely via video call. I work in IT so can do the configs my end if I can get some assistance knowing what to change. Can be flexible on day and times but sooner the better, should only be a 30 min job for the right person. 😊

I have a new netgear nighthawk ac2600 d7800 modem/router which I need connected to operate on wan and lan with dodo nbn fttp network. Then once setup a VPN installed directly on the modem please. Obviously I will pay for the VPN software cost.

We need to connect a D-Link Taipan (DSL-4320L) to NBN (TPG). Currently running the standard modem router but wanted to upgrade. Internet connection and NBN box works, standard modem also works. I can connect to the Taipan but can't get it to connect to the internet.
