So my razerblade laptop windows 11 is having issues connecting to the internet. I can join the network but it has trouble connecting to the internet. I’ve used AI as much as I could to help resolve this. I’ve reset my network settings. Flushed DNS thru cmd prompt. Restarted network adaptor. Possible answer is, GrokAI has thinned it down to an error with my PC sending packets. This is where things get confusing. It suggested running my computer in safe mode which it directed me to hold the shift button while clicking restart computer. As I did that, and the computer restarted, it went black and tells me I need to install windows. I’ve managed to get back into windows 11 but this happens every time the computer starts now.
