Find a local network troubleshooter in West Brisbane

We have recently upgraded our internet connection with TPG to FTTP. We have a couple of ZenWifi XT8s, but I have not had any luck getting them connected to the internet. Hoping someone could give us a hand with it. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024

I need a home network security audit performed to ensure I have security, privacy, and speed configurations optimised. It doesn't have to be any type of official certification as it is primarily piece of mind. I'm flexible with the date but it has to be after the 23rd Nov. Weekday or weekend as I mostly work from home. Also, I will require you to use my computers on my network although you may bring your own tethered to your phone to perform testing. I have an Arlo Pro 4 Camera. I don’t k ow how to set it up with my network. It’s saying it wants a 2.4ghz network but I have 5g. Apparently it’s doable. But I don’t know how.

We recently moved into a 2 story house and we want to be able to connect our laptop and desktop to ethernet in our upstairs study rooms. I believe the previous owner had done the ethernet wiring because we have this network switch thing in the garage (see image 1) and upstairs rooms all have these ethernet ports (see image 2). But I'm not sure if the old wiring setup still works and I don't really know how to properly connect the network switch (in the garage) to our router in the living room (see image 3). I have Aussie broadband NBN that connects into a Cisco router and Telstra modem downstairs. I have a meraki AP upstairs and have another one that is licenced but not plugged in. Ideally, I get a new Cat5 ethernet port installed near the kitchen upstairs to utilise the second AP. I also need to mesh these to improve coverage across the house. - Due date: Flexible
