Have 2 x Dahau NVR systems, both connected via DMSS, work when on same Wifi to view on phone app but don't work on mobile network. Works on different network but not on Optus. System says Connection failed/login timeout. Have reset and reinstalled all apps, have changed sim, have spent a day on phone to Optus tech who reset our network and ran all sorts of checks. Think I may need to switch device port, eliminate service provider portshielding. This is the end of my tech knowledge and not sure how to go about doing it. Cheers - Due date: Flexible

i have two unifi ceiling mounted APs and a 16 port Unifi switch. I need these configured to provide wifi for a home network and advice on integration of a cloud key gen 2. WIFI network no longer working after internet went down last night. Unable to configure router to Internet service provider. We are unclear whether the issue is router related or NBN related. I have tried reconfiguring two different Routers, but nothing is working.

We have an office at Mulgrave where we have an Optus internet connected to a standard router. We have a Ubiquiti Unifi setup with 1xUSG, 1XPOE Switch, 1XCloudKey 2 and 4XWAPs (all cabled up by electrician).
