Router in our Corporate Customer Warehouse to be connected to their respective network. Corporate Attire must be worn onsite. Customer to be treated professionally and with upmost respect. You will need to bring your own Laptop and Cisco console cable in order to complete the request. What the job entails is to arrive on site, then call the Network Support team in head office in Melbourne. They will then guide you to connect to the router to allow THEM to connect to it remotely so they can configure it and perform the work They will provide you with step by step instructions on what needs to be done over the phone. So you will need to be able to follow instructions from the network team and be able to understand the terminology. You will not have to figure out the issues yourself, as they will guide you.

My house it about 70 years old and double brick. The phone-line is at one end of the house so my router did not give me good coverage. I have a nova 6 mesh network now. It works ok but speed drops because where my modem/router and main mesh point is in a corner room. I would like to add 3 network points and connect the mesh points to those which I believe will give me good speeds.

Setup network, computer & telephone

$200

Adelaide SA, Australia

3rd Dec 2018

Need help to setup our computer system, network and telephone system. Its a small network with 4 computers, but connected to a local server. Current setup doesn't allow us to share documents and calendars and phone calls. We need that setup in a proper way, that we all look on the same screen and get updates from another person in realtime. We would as well appreciate if we could arrange our telephone system more professionally. Its a Voice over IP system and currently it rings everywhere. As well, when we transfer the call to another phone. Its just setup, that it rings as sonn pick up, We would also like to have a proper software to manage calls. For example, we always have to write down the number, instead of having this popped up at the computer , and in case its needed, we would like share the complete information with the others.

Fix home-business networking setup

$300

Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

9th Aug 2019

Hi I need assistance configuring a home/office network involving cameras, VOIP phones, approximately 10 devices via ethernet and another 10 via wireless AC. (This is the max load). I will be buying a new router and need someone to help me: 1. identify what router I should buy to work with my current isp (NBN over HFC - TPG is the ISP); 2. Configure the router to work and supply wireless AC coverage to the property; 3. Configure the router to bridge from a semi-managed switch (i.e. NBN HFC modem to switch to wireless router), so that a number of ethernet devices can operate independently of the wireless router (VOIP phones, printers, cameras etc). 4. Do speedtests and consult about how whether more VOIP phones are possible with the connect 5. Do all of this on a weekend day. Please only respond if you have actual experience doing this stuff. I could also do this myself, but I don't have time, and the requirement is that it's done quickly (i.e. all in one day ideally). Thanks
