We have an existing excel spreadsheet which we want to complete - which will be a pricing calculator. We also want it to generate simple 2D drawings with measurements calculated - (all templates are already created). Have a percentage discount box, if we want to offer a discount. We want it to work out the weight of the frame based on lineal meter weights of the aluminium material required to put the frame together . (We already have all weights). I am local in Glen Iris. We run an Engineering Project Management business. We have approx 20-30 projects at any one time and have approx 10 staff with monthly billable hours. I need assistance completing the set up of Clockify for our Engineering business. We are currently trialing the program with 4 staff members. I need help understanding the program and I am having trouble with monthly reports and exporting into a nice looking excel spread sheet at the end of each month. Are you also familar with Excel and creating rules with the data exported from Clockify. I am having trouble with creating reports and suspect it might have something to do with not setting up the kiosk. We invoice monthly and need to export detailed time sheets into an existing template spread sheet.
