Hi The laptop was working perfectly fine, no issues. Also, the antivirus ESET was installed and active. Suddenly, it started showing the issue. The issue is, every time I turn on the laptop the screen turns into the attached photo. Nothing works after that. I tried turning on the laptop many times and still the screen turns into the attached photo and nothing works. Please refer to the photos for more details. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

Printer will not connect to my laptop. I believe its to do with 5GHz and 2.4 GHz WIFI ?? Have no idea what this means. have used a Printer USB cable still won't connect. ASUS laptop and Epson printer - Due date: Flexible

I bought my laptop a year and half ago and it worked well, but now it sometimes gives me a blue screen and many things have slowed down and it is not possible to simplify share my screen for my friends. I think the hardware has some problem.
