old ASUS laptop. had malware, I factory cleaned it. now I can't remember my password to log in. help required. I also forgot to add, this blue screen pops up when the log in fails. Please quote repair if possible.

I have a new Optus 4g modem, requiring a new password. My Apple phone and iPad are done, but I can’t do the same with my Acer laptop and Canon wifi printer, despite getting free help from a techno online. The new password has been submitted numerous times to no avail. Also, the printer cord from Optus has different connections from the ones there now, I have also removed a cord from the back of the printer which now won’t go back in. Have had issues with my work laptop recently where it randomly turned off and would turn back on. Few weeks later it’s turned on but with a message screen I can’t get passed. Error message: “detection error on storage device m.2” I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps and replaced battery, cleaned and secured the hard drive. My laptop suddenly went black and wouldn’t turn on last week. I have had my company IT try to troubleshoot any issues over the phone. I.e turn on and off, hold rest and power and even remove battery and try to turn on etc All unresponsive and no sign of charging at all.
