Hi guys, I recently got my TPG modern for NBN last week and the connection is downstairs in my garage but I usually do not get enough connection upstairs as I sometimes play online games which I pay $89 cause I needed 100MBPS. I do not get enough speed from upstairs right now but the first few days I did. I need help getting the connection upstairs and I don’t know how to go about it. Need someone to fix connection. Our adsl2+ internet is working but is slow due to wiring issues inside our unit. Findings by tpg below: based on the testing conducted by our engineering team, your Internet and home phone service is working normally at Vertical A 35 of the main telephone switchboard located in your building. This point is the end of the TPG telephone network. The problem you have reported may be caused by wiring (such as sockets or cables) located within private property which is beyond the TPG network. We would like to assist however this wiring is not owned by TPG. You may choose to investigate this matter privately if you wish, however TPG will not cover any charges you may incur as a result of further investigation.
