We already have a TP-Link router, TP-Link network switch, and multiple Ethernet/LAN wall ports throughout the house. The main goal is to get reliable internet and Wi-Fi coverage across the property, especially to the office at the back of the house. Scope: - confirm the FTTC connection is working properly; - configure the TP-Link router; - identify and test the existing LAN ports; - check/configure the TP-Link switch; - optimise Wi-Fi coverage to the rear office; - use the existing infrastructure where possible; - recommend extra access point/mesh hardware only if genuinely needed; - confirm everything is working before completion. *Must be completed tomorrow, Tuesday 22 September, preferably from 1:00 pm onward.* We can provide photos of the NBN equipment, router, switch and wall ports if needed. Need this cabling work dine “We would like to advise you that the Opticomm Field Technician attended your premises but was unable to complete the installation as the property was not fully prepared in accordance with Opticomm's installation standards. The technician's findings were as follows: No internal conduit is present. Both the ADSL and NBN services are currently connected to the property. You have requested an Opticomm connection instead of NBN. Both entry points were found to be blocked during rodding. No conduit is present in the garage cabinet where the NBN equipment is installed. The PCD and LIA have been pulled and installed. An installer report has been provided outlining the required rectification works. To proceed, your builder or a licensed third-party cabling contractor will need to complete the required works as detailed in the technician's report.”

I recently moved into this rental and I was told internet is ready to go, only needs the providers activation. Only to find out, it needs more than that. Needs a junction box installed as well as the internet. Is there anyone that can help with this? Unfortunately I have to wait 2-3 weeks and as someone who works from home, that is not realistic. Just moved house and need my internet and TV set up.

I need someone with NBN knowledge who can switch the internet connection from one room to the living room of the house.

After an NBN outage, my two TP-Link adapters stopped being paired. One adapter is at the powerpoint near the modem in the lounge, the other is in my external office pod. That one, when it's paired, means I can use it for ethernet internet. I have tried to pair them again a couple of times, following instructions from TP-Link, but it hasn't worked.
