Fix my Wifi (sync Tv , iPad & iPhone ) I’ve lost connection however I have a saved wifi network

Husband dropped the modem and now the whole house is falling apart because the internet isn’t working at all even after replacing the modem with another Telstra modem I purchased off a friend. It’s saying it’s running off the back up sim. Telstra are zero help and the kids are about to break into an actual protest at my detriment because they can’t watch paw patrol. We need a hero, SOS.

The last few days our internet is not working properly, although the Telstra Dashboard is telling me everything is great, but can't access alot of things. For some reason our Square POS and cameras have stopped connecting to network. We have Optus as well as Telstra Internet at the store and all lights are on each modem. I have replaced the POS within last few weeks and signed up for Telstra internet as I thought the internet was the issue. Some times everything seems to work ok and then everything drops out and won’t connect. - Due date: Before Monday, 11 December 2023

Having issues with the TV's / projector connecting to the wifi as well as some computers. If we hot spot from our phones it works fine but for some reason devices are not connecting to the wifi and we did a speed test of the internet with the orbi and it's max speed and our phones and laptops etc work. Just for some reason TV's don't work with the wifi. We have NBN and orbi connected to it with another orbi satellite extender. However it’s the devices that are within 1-2metres of the modem that are so slow or don’t even connect. My home internet is so weird, my friend used to play game so I think he split the internet connect to two router and it start acting weird since then, sometimes we can’t connect it I have to reset network setting on my iPhone also computer can’t connect wifi saying cable is not plugged in anyways just so weird and pain in the ass.
