Internet connection is lost. House has Fibre To The Premises. It appears there is no WAN connection from the Telstra gateway router connected to the NBN NTD outside the house. My friend is having a lot of on going problems with her internet but is not a member of Airtasker. She is with iinet but can't get proper technical help. Mostly they ask questions over the phone but rarely has she been able to get a technician out. At the moment neither her landline or internet is working reliably. She is in Aranda. Can you help?
