I have a windows surface laptop, and want to ensure it’s; - protected from hacking - backed up in case of theft or loss - secure for privacy Looking for a tech genius. Laptop is used for important work functions. I am currently running a few different programs that I have found and downloaded myself to achieve the above. Hi there, My Asus Zenbook purchased 5 years ago was probably due for a replacement and last week the screen froze. Since then, it has not been able to activate windows in the regular fashion. It fails to load windows properly and any attempt to utilize the functions of 'restore windows' etc.. has failed to improve the startup. What I need to be done is to recover my files (I haven't backed them up for a couple of years), and potentially reinstall windows so that it could be donated to a charity of some sort. Cheers, Will

Pc wont start - infinite boot loop- need someone to help get it up and running....if you have a cpu cooling system - happy to buy LGA 1150.... payment is for being able to fix the issue so when i turn on the pc... cpu fan spins then stops spinning..... previously it would go through this process probably twice or three times... every now and then how now its more regular....60 times before it loads...
