I have a couple of free Gmail accounts, and other Google Workspace (Gmail) accounts from various organizations (mapped to different domains) I work for. I currently have multiple instances of Gmail open in different Chrome Tabs to manage the onslaught of communications. I would like someone to help me configure my systems so I can have one instance of Gmail open that can retrieve and send from multiple accounts, each with different email signatures. I would like the resultant configuration on my other devices too (iPhone, Ipad etc). Also, some help with replicating the above with an Email Client would be great. I am on MacOS, and iOS as my primary work systems.

Some of my Microsoft Outlook emails are being blocked, people are sending me emails and I dont know they have been sent, this occurs mainly on my iPhone 14 and some are also being deleted when I try to open them from my iphone. It looks like setting issues that need to be corrected and also, I need a separate set up for my work emails and calendar in my computer as well - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 January 2023

We have a Telstra internet account with a bigpond address. We use an Apple system across our various devices with iCloud. A second ‘me’ (iCloud) account, with bigpond and me accounts linked. The system has worked well for many years, but suddenly in chaos with emails not sending, then disappearing without sending when I try to send them from the outbox. For example, if a candidate ticks "engineering" as their field of interest, they should not get "medical" or "architecture" roles sent to them! 3. We also need the "email alert" feature to have the following options A. Email each time a job is added (if the candidates tick "instant alert" in their preferences) B. Or send a summary email three times a day (e.g. morning, lunchtime, evening - with all recent jobs posted) C. A weekly email summarising "all jobs posted this week" Candidates need to be able to select their "preference" to choose which job type, and what frequency of emails they would like to receive... I have Agile CRM and i need to setup so it links with my DNS and emails. I have my domain hosted with Crazy Domains and my Email hosted by Zoho mail.

Help retrieve old outlook emails and integrate these into office 365. Also set up archive correctly.
