I need the following, as soon as possible: - restoration of some cloud files on my Mac laptop that disappeared after a service that Apple Help assure me are still in the cloud. - my laptops contents backed up with TimeMaachine. - my old iphones content backed up on my Mac and transferred to my new phone. - my printer set up, so that it talks to my Mac laptop and iphone and internet. - my internet set up. I cant get the modem to work.

Hi there I just need someone to show me how to back up my files on google cloud storage. I have them on a static drive and my PC at the moment. 15 or so years worth of photos and just documents. I could not figure out the buckets/costing etc. so also wouldn't mind a lesson and advice on the best way to store. Thanks so much. Natalie

Apple Mac book and I phone back up support

It's a little complicated but easy to someone who knows. This task isn't for someone to help back up and iPhone, I can do this. Problem is this, I have a 128gig Mac book pro which is some years old. I have a. I phone 6 (64gig) both almost full. I backed it up encrypted, and now I have a new phone I need to find and delete the old back up file on my Mac book to allow me to "re back" up my old phone before I transfer it all back to my new phone. I also want to clear all photos onto my portable storage so I don't want to run into this problem again. I invisiage this to be done in a day but most of time will be in the back up & read times etc which you wouldn't need to sit watching it!

When I plug in the hhd it powers up and starts spinning but doesn't show the light. Cannot find it in File Explorer and Disk management in Windows 10. I just want to recover the files in it. The capacity is 1TB.
