Need help with my Mac, Organising files and managing apps like Endnote 20 - Due date: Flexible

I have bought a $150 Brother printer, which I am unable to install as the software of the printer is not available online. Apparently, I can only use the App "Bother Iprint and scan", which is obsolete and very unpractical. The printer is connected to the Wifi, but it cannot be detected by my phone or lap top. I am looking for a skilled data recovery technician to help us recover files from a corrupt external hard disk for MacBook.I have tried various methods to recover the files, but the process is taking a painfully long time. The hard disk is currently mountable, and we can see the files, but I’m having trouble copying them.I have tried using the finder windows and Commander One, but the process is still taking a long time.I need someone who has extensive experience in data recovery and can solve this issue quickly and efficiently. At the moment, the disk is mountable, we can see the files, we can copy the files but finder fails after ten hours trying to copy. So I have used a third party app called commander one, this helps copy the files but just to copy 20GB files has taken me 36 hours. People who apply to this job will need to be skilled in data recovery. I am not a noob when it comes to this kind of stuff, I have tried all the things you can Google and YouTube.
