Check home wifi network set up, not reliable

I had purchased a “HiLook” video intercom as part of my door station. The electricians had connected all powers and cables correctly, however, I am having issues with the setup of the intercom and having it connected and setup on the “Hik-Connect” app. I need assistance with this including someone who has worked on setting up video intercom at peoples houses.

Need help with installing a data point on 1st floor.

The PC is running, but the monitors are showing no signal. Have swapped out many cables but still not working. Was working then suddenly stopped. Monitors keep showing no signal. Plugged monitors into a laptop and it works so it much be the PC problem
