The main internet is located in lounge area which works fine but have 2x ethernet ports in bedrooms (main and spare) which we cannot get to work when plugging into pc/xbox. I had purchased a “HiLook” video intercom as part of my door station. The electricians had connected all powers and cables correctly, however, I am having issues with the setup of the intercom and having it connected and setup on the “Hik-Connect” app. I need assistance with this including someone who has worked on setting up video intercom at peoples houses.
