I have a computer that is connected to dual screen as the main screen is broken. My kids somehow pressed something and now dual screen is on standby mode the moment you turn off. I can’t see main screen to fix it

1. There is something up with my house internet. We have a router and a deco mesh system as repeaters around the house. Recently, our internet speed has been slower and is having constant ping spikes. 2. My last IT guy set up the deco system on their account and I no longer have access to it. So I would like this system reset and linked to my email address. I believe our system might be very outdated, so I am open to quotes of system upgrades if that's required. Hoping to get this done today or if parts are required Monday 8th.

Downloaded new drivers from nvidia for Windows PC, which caused apps to crash. In order to install older ones, tried to boot the computer in safe mode. Since doing that it just shows a black screen with a loading cursor after showing the boot screen. Need fixing, if possible.
