There is a lift to the ground floor, after which you’ll need to cross the public lobby area and take stairs one floor down to the basement. The larger items like the mattresses and TV unit will be tricky to get down the stairs, you’ll need at least two people, ideally three. There’s no parking in the building, I recommend taking PT to the CBD. A dear friend passed away recently. We need to move out his furniture and remaining belongings. The important items have been taken and given to family. I just need help clearing the apartment. This will allow the agent to take over and organise cleaners. It is a two-bedroom apartment. There are lounges, a bed, and kitchen items. There may be more than I can describe as he was a hoarder but I will collect and bag the small items while the bigger stuff is cleared - if you can also do the tip run that would be great -- otherwise i may not be able to get a skip in time. I do not have any photos at present, and he passed in hospital so its mostly a couple of hours of removals. There's no lift, but it's on either ground level or one up.

I need help moving an 80kg wine fridge into our cellar via metal stairs. It is an awkward position. There will be me and another person (our builder) there to help. He will take a door off its hinges. Should only take about 30 minutes.

If you're a good fit, there's potential for further work next weekend (22–23 Aug clearing the rest of the space) — not confirmed, but good taskers will be first in mind.

We need to move fridge (standard size, not double door), washing machine & dryer and potentially dishwasher moved from ground floor apartment to basement. There is a small set of stairs or can go around ouside without stairs at all.
