So I will.hold one end of the mattress and the other person will hold the other end, bring it down and then there are 10.stairs wherein I along with the other person will.carry the single mattress to the apartment along the stairs .

Sofa splits in two and can be moved up one level via the garage so there is no need to use the stairs.

I have a chest freezer in my car that weighs roughly 30-50kg, this needs to be transported out of the car and taken to the apartment inside. There are lifts so just need an handy person with an trolley to get this up. Super quick job 5-10 minutes as it's in the same building complex just to transport from basement car park to upper level via lift, location in Moonee Ponds.
