Require a general clean - might be about 2- 2.5 hours for a house. Floor mops, vacuumed carpets, bathroom and kitchen cleaned and dusted. Currently no tenants in property. There has been no tenants for about 6 months and we are wanting to get some professional pictures done to sell the property so we would be after a clean but not a bond clean.

I have a 3 seat sofa and 2 recliners that need to be cleaned before they go into storage . I don’t no how much these types of things cost so any offer is fine
