I'm looking for a reliable cleaner to regularly (weekly) clean my 4 bed, study, 2 bath two-storey home. Day is by negotiation, but my preference is for Wednesdays. The standard cleaning should include: - Kitchen: Clean & wipe down all surface areas including sink, stovetop and microwave. Sweep & mop floors, remove rubbish & replace bin liners, clean 1 glass window and 1 glass door. - Bedrooms, Living & Common areas: Tidy up areas. Dust & wipe down surfaces, sweep & vacuum/mop floors (including under couch), remove rubbish & replace bin liners. clean glass windows (excluding bedrooms) - Bathrooms: Clean & sanitise toilet, shower, bathtub, sink & all surface areas. Sweep & mop floors, remove rubbish & replace bin liners. Alfresco: sweep entrance, make sure cobwebs are not forming. Look for and clean any sign of mould. Attention to detail is utmost essential. The following will be provided by the cleaner: - Cleaning Products - Equipment (own vacuum would be preferable) Other notes: -Needs care while cleaning (i.e. not heavy-handedness and taking care when moving equipment so it doesn't scratch the walls etc). I expect the first clean will take a bit more time, so please quote for the initial clean, and then a weekly price. - Due date: Before Friday, 16 June 2023
