Hi, We need a bond clean for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Spring Hill. The tasks required include: - door handles, doors and light switches wiped down and dust removed - Stove top, range hood and gauze cleaned - Oven and Grill plate cleaned - All kitchen cupboard doors, benches and shelved wiped clean, all kitchen tiled areas cleaned and grease free. - Clothes dryer wiped clean and lint removed. Cleaned behind dryer - Laundry/bathroom ceiling vent/s are vacuumed dust free - Skirting boards are wiped down and dust free - Sliding door tracks of cupboard doors are clean and free of dirt and dust - Toilets are cleaned under and behind - Shower floor and screen is clean and free of soap scum and mould build up to be removed - All glass windows are clean and tracks are wiped down. - Balcony is washed and mopped - All tiled areas are mopped - Carpets are vacuumed - Walls washed and cleaned of all marks and grime build up, including inside all wardrobes - All door jams are cleaned of dust - Dishwasher cleaned and filter washed - All fitted lights cleaned and free of bugs Generally clean unit that has been lived in for 2 years. All furniture will be removed from the unit. We have a small stain (purple shampoo) on one part of the carpet that will also need to come out. See photo attached.
