Task Required: Seeking an experienced commercial cleaner (preferably a team of 2) to carry out a comprehensive internal glass clean throughout a vacant commercial office building. Scope of Works: Clean all internal glass throughout the building. Includes internal side of external windows and glass walls/partitions. Building consists of Ground Floor, Level 1, and Level 2. Some glass panels are high and will require the use of ladders and appropriate safety equipment. Property is currently vacant, allowing work to be completed during business hours. All equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, and supplies must be provided by the contractor. Remove any cleaning waste upon completion. Additional Information: The building contains a significant amount of glass throughout the premises. Please provide pricing based on a team of two cleaners for a full day's work. If additional time is required, please advise your hourly rate. Photos of completed works will be required. Timing: Preferred completion: This week. Flexible access can be arranged during the day.

Window/glass cleaning of a shop front and inside shop in Spring Hill - Due date: Flexible

Wash windows, inside and out including window sills. Would prefer an 8.30 am timeframe to avoid opening hours. We have a loading dock for free parking. Must bring own cleaning equipment with extensors as windows are quite high. - Due date: Flexible

Need a cleaner to clean glass windows and the frame. There are a few paint marks on the frame as well that need to be removed. The place is on the ground floor and you have very easy access to clean the windows. The task will take about 3 hours to be done perfectly and happy to pay $40 per hour for whatever time it takes. - Due date: Before Sunday, 2 October 2022

Internal and external window cleaning for a small commercial unit. approx. 36sq m with floor to ceiling windows, approx. 2.7m high. (approx. shipping container size - see attached photos.) soiling of windows is not significant. Mould treatment would be required to the interior windows after the previously years weather to minimise any reoccurrence. I am unaware of expected rates for window cleaning, but have assumed 1.5 hours work at $50 per hour with minimal specialist equipment or consumables required, plus and additional $50 for travel costs, consumables and parking (we will endeavor to provide parking for free in a contractor car park, otherwise this would be at local meter rates - <$10 - Due date: Flexible
