Hi My parents run a bed and breakfast in Port Noarlunga. There are 2 self contained apartments, each with a kitchenette, bathroom and small living area. For this job the days will be adhoc/on request, rather than a set day a week. most jobs could be booked in advance, and align both rooms to save another trip. But there could be times that there is a minimum turn around of 48hours for one or both of the rooms to be cleaned. (This would be on request if you are available) The tasks required; Vacuum carpeted areas Sweep & mop bathroom Clean bathroom Clean kitchenette Clean surfaces Make king bed All cleaning products and linen will be supplied. We will require a police clearance prior to commencing work. Paid trial period will occur in June. Most activity will occur from the months of 1 July to 30 September. Dust skirtings Dust Gas Heater Clean Front door Clean Oven/grill - Clean Filters from Range Hood and remove oil Give kitchen cupboards a wipe over. Wipe cupboard shelves and trough shelves in laundry. Clean floor in laundry and downstairs bathroom. Dust stair rails. Wipe down shelves and tracks in all built in robes. Clean mirror and floor in en suite and give the shower a once over. Clean shower in main bathroom and clean the glass screens. Some of these jobs have been done already but as this is the end of lease clean i want to ensure they are perfect. Please note, the carpets have been professionally steam cleaned so no outdoor shoes to be worn in the house. Also, you will need to provide your own cleaning equipment.
