This will be an *End of Lease* clean so needs to be quite thorough, but the space will be completely empty and is open plan so very easy to navigate. The space is around 100sqm total and has a small kitchen and bathroom within the suite. There is no carpet in the office, however the painted concrete flooring will require cleaning.
