Looking for someone to come in for a once-off clean of an open-plan office space in Rosebery NSW 2018. This will be an *End of Lease* clean so needs to be quite thorough, but the space will be completely empty and is open plan so very easy to navigate. The space is around 100sqm total and has a small kitchen and bathroom within the suite. There is no carpet in the office, however the painted concrete flooring will require cleaning. Initial List of Cleaning Tasks Below: - Vacuum and Mop all Floors (incl. main office, kitchen and bathroom) - Cleaning and wipe down of surfaces in kitchen including interior of cupboards and shelves - Cleaning and wipe down of surfaces in bathroom including interior of shower, sink and toilet - Wipe any scuff marks or lines on all walls including kitchen and bathroom - Clean interior side of all glass, mirrors and reflective surfaces - Removal of any dust from cornices and skirting boards throughout Note: The prospective AirTasker will be required to bring their own tools and equipment to complete this task e.g. vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning materials etc as there will be nothing within the suite by this stage. -- Task Date: Wednesday 21 December 2022.
