I'm looking for a professional cleaner to do a thorough deep clean of a very small commercial office space. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE PHOTOS: The attached photos show the space currently full of items, but all loose material and rubbish will be completely removed before you arrive. You will be walking into a cleared-out space, making the cleaning process much easier! The Space: Total area is only 45 sq meters. Consists of just two rooms: a reception area and a former dental practice room. The Tasks Required: Floors: Thorough vacuuming and deep mopping of all floors. Walls: Deep cleaning/wiping down of all walls to remove marks, dust, and grime and bluetack residue. Surfaces: Wiping down and cleaning any remaining fixed cabinetry, benches, drawers, and shelving. General deep clean to get the space looking fresh and ready to go. Equipment & Supplies: You must bring ALL your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, buckets, etc.) and all necessary heavy-duty cleaning chemicals/supplies. Logistics & Travel (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): The office is located just 100m from Martin Place train station. Driving / Parking: If you choose to drive: Paid parking is available inside the same building, but it costs $85 duing day and $32 at night maximum height clearance of 1.6m. Alternatively, you can find street parking nearby. BIDDING: Please ensure your final offer is fully inclusive of your labour, supplies, and all potential travel and parking costs. Will not be covering parking fees on top of the agreed task price.

We're looking for a professional cleaner to help clean the beams of our ceilings of our office building. It's a warehouse-convert located in Haymarket currently used as a shared office space. The ceiling is about 4-5m high. We are looking to clean two major ridge beams that run across the ceiling, totalling about 30m. See photos for reference. Note: We're just looking to clean the centre ridge beams (i.e. the highest edge) and any concentrated areas of dust, and NOT the entire ceiling area, or in between individual wood panels. You will need to provide your own equipment, such as a large ladder, sheets to help cover tables and furniture below. As we're located in the CBD, parking is only available in nearby car parks such as Market City, 1 Dixon St, or Harbour St. As the office is in use by tenants on weekdays, we would prefer to do this on the weekend.
