I don't know what the average price is for something like this so please quote according to the average rate 🙏 I need someone to clean up the mould in my bedroom and bathroom. I've raised the issue with my landlord, and I hoping he can pay for it. But if he refuses to pay, I really like the room I am in and would be happy to pay someone out of my own pocket. With that in mind, there are 2 windows in the bedroom (they're double-windows, so kind of large) and the outside of them is only accessible by a ladder. The bathroom window is a normal size, outside is also only accessible by a ladder. The bathroom ceiling will also need to be cleaned and treated. Depending on my budget and your offer, I might also get a deep clean of the shower, vacuum & mop the bedroom floorboards, and vacuum and steam clean the rug - please let me know in your offer what the different rates are for all of these things separately & as a package deal 🙏 I'd prefer someone who knows how to remove, clean and reinstall the fly-screen as well - as they are covered in dust (and probably mould spores).. Please do let me know if this is your area of expertise, I want a very thorough job done so that the mould does not return.
