Looking for someone to thoroughly clean my outdoor undercover entertaining area in preparation for vacating the property. The job includes: * Cleaning all rendered walls to remove dirt, cobwebs, dust, grease and general grime. * Cleaning the painted ceiling/roof lining to remove cobwebs, dust, mould spots and marks. * Cleaning around light fittings, ceiling hooks, corners and edges. * Cleaning the rendered columns and any visible marks. * Removing grime and grease marks around the BBQ area. * Cleaning around power points and fixtures (taking appropriate care). * Spot cleaning any scuff marks where possible. * Leaving the area clean and ready for the sale inspection. The area is undercover and easily accessible. Photos are attached to show the condition and scope of works. Please bring your own cleaning equipment, extension poles, suitable brushes/microfibre pads and cleaning products that are safe for painted ceilings and rendered walls. Experience with vacate cleans or exterior rendered surfaces is preferred. Please include your quote and availability.
