General clean each fortnight, including dusting and wet wiping where required. We have only one room with carpet so the rest would have to be mopped after vacuuming. You will come to a tidy home with made beds and no clutter, but we have three elderly dogs and three cats. We have a brand new Miele vacuum cleaner, but you can bring your preferred mop if that is important. We would like to see a police clearance and we would like a personal relationship with our cleaner we are NOT interested in agency staff. Price is negotiable, but around $75-80 for a whole clean. Vacuum floors and mop all hard surfaces clean 2 bathrooms. Wipe over kitchen bench tops and cupboards. Fortnightly basis. Large kitchen lounge area, theatre room and 2 bedrooms. Would like to do a trial clean in the next few weeks then regular cleaning starting mid to late March. I can supply cleaning products and mop. Would prefer you bring your own vacuum.
