Unsure on prices and looking to get an estimate, im currently moving house and have just come from a domestic situation so I'm unable to pay a lot and I apologise.

I have a rental property in Melbourne and the back yard is a real issue. It should be an asset to the house but it is currently holding the place back. The issue I have is I eventually want to extend the property so don’t want to spend a huge amount of money. Minimum is to clean up some of that wood that is near the back door and to tidy up the loose pipes (I think there was once an outdoor laundry) Would love to hear some different options of what you can do and prices.
