Need laundry duties completed every 9 days or so picked up and delivered *Need to use my prefered detergent(less chemicals, hypoallergenic,sensitive skin, no sls,etc)purchase online/chemist warehouse(baby ecostore) can pay half if you using it too or full if not. If u use another, either use similar (i will need to check ingredients) or run a hot water/two cups vineger cycle after you use it *Need to keep washing mashine clean Wipe with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide after each use - inside remember between rubber/metal parts and then ouside.Run a hot cycle every 1 or 2 weeks with 1 1/2,2,2 1/2 cups (depends on size of maschine) hydrogen peroxide *dry clothes in sun 2/3 days suitable/hygeinic for me. Line should be clean and cleaned with lil bit laundry detergent, wiped with water soaked domestic wipe (wipe cleaned before with soap and rinsed) if dirty and after rain *Remove and put in clothes properly. Wash hands with soap before opening and closing after touching dirty clothes. When picking up clean clothes, wash hands before opening and again to pick up clothes (have door of yard already opened) Try to not touch the very front sides inside, rubber parts and outside of mashine when putting in dirty clothes and especially rubber parts/outside when removing clean(parts where soap water may not go/go too much).if dirty clothes do touch rubber part/outside plz quick wipe w hydrogen peroxide before runnin cycle * i wil let you know approx how much detergent to use. trial error. I know approx for good quality maschines (will discuss). Can smell properly first time like put on face lol(and then wash again with my few clothes) to check if clean/detergent level extra rinse always *approx 1 or 2 loads. will not give underwear for now maybe later if clothes cleaned properly - Due date: Before Saturday, 7 May 2022

I am looking for vegan meals prepared once a week - possibly two/three different meals just lunch and dinner maybe small snack/breakfast every now and then.. I have Pcos so must be mostly low gi foods, No; sugar/artificial sweeteners, fruit/fruit juice, dried fruit, honey, coconut milk, etc NO Sweeteners at all! (A little bit Stevia/erythritol, honey, coconut milk, almond milk is allright if I would like a dessert on the rare occasion (I will tell you how much or you can discuss with me beforehand if a dessert of your choosing) I'm happy to eat meals i choose from a list of meals you provide but would also want to choose meals from time to time. Sometimes I will need to make some adjustments which can be discussed beforehand. For eg, more iron rich foods, more/less of certain ingredients etc. All Meals should: *Must contain two/three cloves Fresh garlic and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. *Have vitamin c for iron absorption(fresh lemon juice, raw tomato, capsicum,etc) *Be gluten free(unless i ask not to make gf) *Low salt *Pcos friendly *Suitable for obese body mostly healthy but not strict 'diet food' *No preservatives/anything artificial *Cooked one or two/three days(plz put in freezer till delivery not fridge if 2/3 days) before delivery or day of delivery *Delivered in small medium use throw microwavable boxes(which I will be using and throwing not washing and returning due to health reasons) I would like vegan meals but I am open to egg mixed into meals/ingredients that include egg (but only a bit and would need to check with me first). I am in St albans and would prefer meals delivered afternoon time.. I may want meat dishes in the future (and dairy desserts) but this would be with someone I absolutely trust or if i want meat dishes delivered.. (and if they clean their hands before handling and wash meat with lemon/water lol) I have a had bad experiences with meal delivery services sending 'dirty' tasting meat and raw meat...
