Hi all! We have a very successful Airbnb 3 km from the CBD of Sydney. We are hoping to get regular help with cleaning and presenting/preparing the property. We were hoping to get someone in this week as a test run to start with a general cleaning. The place will be free to clean and includes floors, kitchen bathrooms, etc. I can do a full rundown on the inquiry. A husband and wife team may also be handy for the long term or someone who doesn't mind also doing a little light gardening and/or cleaning of the courtyard which usually involves using the leaf blower and a hose down and/or pressure cleaner or small maintenance jobs as/if required. For this week, preferably Tuesday (26th) or Wednesday (27th) will be a relatively light introduction with a few hours of cleaning duties. I will be able to take you through the process for a booking checking in on Thursday (28th) this week. Then the following Sunday (1st of October) I will need the property prepared for new tenants on the Monday (2nd of October), independently. We are very hassle-free owners and are looking for someone with a positive personality who wants regular well-paid work. Many thanks!

End of lease cleaning for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with balcony, in the heart of Newtown. Preferably on Friday, though could start Thursday evening. Lift access and free spot in the car park. Will need to include cleaning of carpets (bedrooms only) and oven, as well as removal of some items left in the apartment. Those are mostly small and easy to move, except for two beds and the patio furnishings and barbecue. Items can be hauled away, or simply taken to the bins in the car park or the area in the lane behind the building where items are left for council pick-up. But some items may be of real value, so those may be taken if desired.
