Housekeeper/Cleaner – Small Top Floor Apartment - Offering $50 an hour. Housekeeper/cleaner to help me stay on top of household chores in our small apartment. You will need to walk up stairs to get to our apartment. The main areas requiring attention are the living area, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are private and do not need to be cleaned or attended to. Tasks would include: * Vacuuming floors - can provide vacuum if needed * Mopping floors as needed, particularly the kitchen tiles * Wiping kitchen benchtops and other visible surfaces * Basic kitchen cleaning * Attending to dirty dishes * Folding clean laundry and placing it back into the washing basket — no need to put clothes away * Dusting/wiping surfaces where required * General tidying of visible surface areas and spaces so the apartment looks clear, organised and well presented * Emptying household bins * Taking approximately 1–2 rubbish bags and recycling down 5 flights of stairs. The bags are generally small/light and not particularly heavy. *Cleaning bathroom floors, shower and toilet (fortnightly). We’re not a particularly messy household, so I don’t expect these jobs to take a considerable amount of time. Approximately 1–2 hours on as as needed basis, although I’m happy to discuss what you think is realistic after seeing the apartment and walk you through expectations. We will also be home while you’re cleaning if you need to ask questions. We are located on King St & don’t have visitor parking available. Minimum 3 hours guaranteed, sometimes 4–5 if there's extra to do, first clean 4-5 hours. Paying $60/hour — $180 for 3 hours, 240 for 4 hours, 300 for 5 hours.
