We are running a conference and are looking for a healthy grazing board with - paleo - gluten free lots of veggies (like celery, cucumber, carrots, capscuim) lots of healthy fruits and some protein bites and dips like hummus and maybe goats cheese and boiled eggs maybe even some rice crackers. needs to be gluten free and ideally dairy free. no sulfates (so no deli meats)

I have recently downsized, but still have too much ‘stuff’. We have kurbside garbage pick up in a couple of weeks and I want to throw out a lot of things. Most of the clothes are already on hangers so you literally just need to take out each pile undo the Sellotape and hang them in order so everything similar is together and then there's maybe two or three drawers worth of clothes to put away.
