Looking for a long-term Housekeeper – Clayfield We are a busy working family based in Clayfield and are looking for a reliable and trustworthy housekeeper to help keep our home organised. We are looking for someone who can come once or twice a week (hours are flexible). I'm looking for an individual to help with tidying, organising, laundry and household tasks/admin and general support, long term for the right fit. I am not looking for a cleaner/cleaning service. I'm not expecting all of the tasks per visit, if tidying needs done, that will be priority. If everything is tidy, then organising tasks can be done etc. The job is time-based and not a strict checklist, tasks I need help with could include: - Tidying living areas, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (no cleaning just putting things away and neatening up) (small apartment) - Laundry - mainly the folding up/putting away part is where I get stuck - Organising and decluttering cupboards, wardrobes, systems to help keep me organised and efficient - Organising pantry and fridge - General admin - help with booking appointments, organising todo lists, meal planning - General accountability When: 1hr weekly on Wednesdays or Fridays 12-2pm I can supply any required equipment or supplies. Looking for someone I feel comfortable and personable with as some of these tasks need to be collaborative.

20 hours a week - must be between 8am and 1.30/2pm, ideally Monday to Thursday however can do different days if needed. $40-50/hour for the right person. I am looking for someone who is happy to do all the things I don't want to do. Cleaning and laundry are my main downfalls. As is gardening but I have so little garden it would be a value add if you are happy to take that on. Australia's current minimum wage is just under $25/or. I think maybe at $40 an hour I could find someone. At that rate I would be happy to do 8 hours a week and more if required.

Need an experienced housekeeper / person to help tidy up a range of areas around the house - garage shelves / garden shed / kids toys / walk in robe / pantry. Quote of $240 is for 4 hours work. I expect there is more like 6-8 hours work. Will pay anything above 4 hours directly at $50 per hour. Pictures are indicative only.

Washing of sheets, making beds, general tidying and putting things in correct cupboards / drawers. 9am to 5pm.
