So this is a paid trial and training of a regular position every Wednesday from 8:30 - 2:30pm. This is a house keeping role for a family that lives in Norman Park. Offering a regular placement for $35 and hour plus super. We need to you come to our house from 1-5pm Wednesday afternoon so the existing housekeeper can train you. Sheets changed, washing folded and put away, small amount of ironing, vacuum floors, general tidy, clean kitchen, straighten up living room, make beds, general kids room tidy, and other jobs as needed. We’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, kind and a good fit for our family for ongoing work. A private family is seeking a detail-oriented and organized person. Looking for ideally someone in the afternoon, 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Monday to Friday. There is possible overnight care but this would be agreed in advance and very limited. Hugo doesn't require much supervision just someone in the house for safety. We have a large house in Norman Park. Most of the time it's just the two of us. Sometimes his older sister is home from uni - Make beds and change sheets weekly. - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the home, ensuring all storage areas are tidy and removing unused items. - Clean the kitchen daily, including unpacking the dishwasher and maintaining high hygiene standards. - Ensure all food items in the pantry are packed in containers and properly labeled for organization and freshness. Make meals healthy breakfast, snacks, lunches for school and home and dinner - Wash, fold, and hang laundry, placing items not requiring ironing (managed by another person) in bedrooms, either hung or in drawers. - Put bins out weekly for collection. - Ensure all rooms remain neat and tidy at all times. Any other tasks as required - Prior experience in housekeeping or nanny , passion for healthy meals and eating - Strong organizational and cleaning skills, with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. - Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of family privacy.
