Payment is for 3hrs work (its unlikely, but if we somehow finish in less than 3hrs you still get paid full.). Moving rocks with shovels and buckets. I previously had to dig out a bunch of rocks from under my house to lay a pipe underneath. Now I'm moving them back. Fortunately its far easier moving them down since gravity will help a lot. Its tough work so I'd recommend not planning a gym session before or after. Its just rocks but they're dirty so it creates a bit of dust in the air.
