Hello, I am looking for a professional pet odour removal service for a velvet sofa. Over time, our cat has unfortunately urinated on the sofa on multiple occasions. Although we have always cleaned the affected areas as quickly as possible, there appears to be a lingering odour that we have been unable to fully eliminate. We have previously engaged a professional cleaning service on two separate occasions, however the odour issue remains. To minimise further damage, we also purchased a steam cleaner and have been cleaning the sofa immediately whenever an accident occurred. Despite these efforts, we believe the scent may have penetrated deeper into the upholstery and cushioning. We are preparing to move out of our property and would like to have the sofa professionally treated so that it is in the best possible condition for the next occupants. We are specifically looking for a service that can neutralise and eliminate the underlying pet urine odour, rather than simply masking it temporarily.
