I’m available most afternoons and can provide parking. — Apartment size: Tiny (35m2) — No pets Things that need work: General: - Balcony door - Wardrobe mirrors - Vacuum and mop apartment (concrete tiles) - Vacuum crevices behind curtains, behind couch etc - 3x2m rug clean (doesn’t need to be steam cleaned, open to any sanitation option ie baking soda or foam cleaner etc) - Reset and clean garbage bin - Dust all surfaces including bookshelf, picture frames and plants - Refresh bed Kitchen: - Please don’t judge me - Full kitchen reset (including piled up dishes) - Dishwasher is small so I’ll also be providing fresh sponges - Cabinets and drawers (there aren’t many, the entire kitchen is 1.5m wide) Bathroom: - Thorough clean of nooks and crannies - Sanitise surfaces and bathroom accoutrements - Organise vanity items into provided containers - Shower screen (single screen) Optional extras (happy to pay another $100 for this) - Clean aircon vents - There is a patch of mould developing on the (tiled) bathroom wall.
