I need someone reliable for on-going AirBnb Cleaning in Broadbeach. We currently have 2 x 2B2B apartment holiday rented out in the same buidling. We do require same day cleans at times to allow for check-out and check-in. Check-out: 10AM Check-in: 3PM I have a team doing the clean for $130 per change over and that includes taking the spare bedding and having it washed and dried at laudromat. Items I would need covered: 1. Wash and dry towels and bed sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases (To take home, wash and tumble dry + remove marks if required). 2. Remake bed including pillow cases and top sheet (as per photos) 3. Make sure dishes have been cleaned and put away 4. All trash taken out and bin liners replaced 5.
