Chef Assistant Needed – Casual Event Role (5 Hours) We are looking for a reliable and hardworking chef assistant to support the chef during a private event. Date: Saturday, 15 August Time: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm (approximately 5 hours, with the possibility of an additional hour) Location: Oakleigh South Responsibilities: - Assisting the chef with food preparation and ensuring dishes are ready for service on time. - Helping plate and dispatch food from the kitchen efficiently. - Keeping the kitchen and food preparation area clean, organised, and hygienic at all times. - Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment as required throughout the event. - Carrying out any other tasks required during the event with relation to food only.
